Q: What makes serving with IBLP unique from any other job?
A: ATI provides a unique opportunity for its students to obtain “on the job” training while serving the needs of people around the world. We look for young people and families who have excellent character and love the Lord Jesus Christ. As these young people volunteer their time to serve in various positions, they learn specific skills that they can take into their future jobs and businesses. Most importantly, they have the opportunity to work with wise, Godly men and women who are committed to the success of each individual student.
Q: Are short-term service opportunities available?
A: Yes! ATI Training Centers welcome families and students for short trips to help out with various needs at the centers. For more information, contact the Training Center of your choice.
Q: What kind of skills do I need to have?
A: Most positions do not require specific skills or training, but they do require a high standard and Godly character. There are a few positions for which it is helpful to have some experience with computers, graphic design, office protocol, construction, etc. When you apply, you will be asked about the specific skills that pertain to the position in which you are interested.
Q: Are meals and housing provided?
A: Volunteers are provided with room and board and all meals (at Training Centers) or a stipend to cover meals that are not served (at IBLP Headquarters).
Q: What opportunities are available for families to serve within the IBLP ministry?
A: Some opportunities are available for families. We recommend that families desiring to serve long-term call the Training Center of interest. Families interested in serving internationally may call the IBLP International Department.
Short-term service opportunities are also available. If you would like to serve for a short time, you may call the Training Center of your choice for scheduling.
