Conference RegistrationBack to Top

Registration for the family conference as well as Children’s Institute, ALERT Cadets, Pre-EXCEL, and COMMIT will be held in the west lobby of the Convention Center from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1. If participants in these programs would like to have the same team assignment, they must register at the same time or specifically ask for the same team. We will try to accommodate your requests as time and space allows.

Pre-registered Families and Guests

Families and guests who have preregistered will receive name badges in the mail prior to the conference. All families will need to filter through the registration section to receive their name-badge holders and conference schedules.

2008–2009 Enrollment

As in years past, families who have not updated their ATI enrollment for the 2008–2009 training year must pay the $50 guest fee in addition to the conference registration fees. This $50 will be applied toward the family’s tuition should they choose to enroll at a later date. Name badges will be issued after a family has enrolled or the guest fee has been paid.

We ask that all students please maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. In keeping with this goal, please observe the following guidelines.

Daily dress for young men:

  • Navy or black slacks
  • White dress shirt
  • Professional shoes and tie

Daily dress for young ladies:

  • Solid navy or black skirts of conservative length (please avoid slits)
  • Solid white blouses with a modest fit and neckline
  • Professional shoes
